Communication Call

Both calls for communications are closed.

Some instructions for accepted contributions:

  • for oral presentations :
    • The total duration is 20 minutes: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes question.
    • The slides must be written in English. The language of the presentation can be chosen between French and English.
    • JOBIM is a multidisciplinary general conference: please make your presentation accessible to as many people as possible, by presenting the scientific context and the history of the problem.
  • for posters :
    • Remote presentation via GatherTown, A0 format portrait.
    • The poster must be written in English
    • Posters to be sent in PDF format no later than 16 June to cyril.noel@ifremer.fr
    • Onsite presentation : poster size: A0 format on sites offering physical display (Plouzané, Point-à-pitre, Nice, Tours)
    • The poster must be written in English

The JOBIM2023 submission site is now open, do not hesitate to submit your oral or poster proposals.
The schedule is the following :
 
February 17: opening of the call for oral communications
March 19: closing of the call for oral communications (notification in early May)
March 24: New  closing for the call for oral communications (notification in early May)
May 2: closing of the call for posters (notification early June) 
May 10: new closing of the call for posters (notification early June)

Please note that no submissions will be accepted after this date. 

 

News: In addition to a multi-site edition, JOBIM 2023 offers for the first time, to authors who wish to do so, the possibility to make a joint submission to JOBIM and to Peer Community In (PCI).
